Payment<\/h3>\n

All prices are displayed in euros and are in Euros.<\/span> All entries must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of 25% of the total amount of the chosen formula.<\/span> The balance must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival at the Dune Surf Camp.<\/span> It is possible to pay the entire stay by bank transfer.<\/span> Registration is effective once the deposit or the whole payment is cashed.<\/span> It implies that the trainee has taken cognizance of the present conditions of sale and declares to subscribe to it.<\/span>
\nMethods of payment: checks, holiday checks, cash, bank transfer, IBAN transfer.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hosting<\/h3>\n

Arrival: Sunday from 4 pm.<\/span> Welcome and presentation at the Dune Surf Camp<\/span>
\nDeparture: Saturday before 12 noon.<\/span>
\nRooms: 2 or 3 single beds or 1 double bed.<\/span>
\nSuite Parentale: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed.<\/span>
\nShowers: 3 showers.<\/span>
\nBed linen, duvets and pillowcases are provided, but towels are provided.<\/span>
\nThe availability of equipment (television, dishwasher, washing machine kitchen, furniture, tennis rackets, bad …) appeals to the respect and the manners of each other vis-\u00e0-vis other users and the place<\/span> of life.<\/span><\/p>\n

NB: The Camp is not designed to be accessible to People with Reduced Mobility.<\/p>\n

Meals<\/h3>\n

Food purchases are not included.
\nThe Dune Surf Camp has a communal kitchen for preparing meals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Responsability of La Dune Surf Camp<\/h3>\n

Accommodation insurance is subscribed to MAIF.<\/span> We advise against bringing valuables during your stay.<\/span> The Dune Surf Camp is not responsible for theft, loss or willful destruction of objects committed by a trainee during the stay.<\/span> Such acts, however, will result in its exclusion.
\nProperty forgotten or misplaced can be repatriated on request, at the expense of the trainee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Practice of Surfing<\/h3>\n

During classes ;<\/span> The School of Surfing La Dune ensures a quality education with instructors graduated insured in professional civil liability.<\/span>
\nA canceled course is postponed, replaced (ballad SUP) or refunded according to your possibilities (20 \u20ac course canceled).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Out of school ;<\/span> The trainee using the material acts under his \/ her own responsibility.<\/span> In the event of loss or theft of the surfing material, the trainee will have his civil liability incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibility of the Trainee<\/h3>\n

Any stay interrupted or not consumed by the participant, is not reimbursed.
\nEach trainee acts under his own responsibility.<\/span>
\nThe minors are accompanied and under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trainee Claims<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

According to the Official Journal of the European Consumers LI158 and the Directorates of the Council, the consumer must make all the disputes concerning the insufficiency of the services in the services sold during the stay and imperatively in writing.<\/span> Any complaint relating to accommodation must be sent by registered mail directly to the Dune Surf Camp within one month of the return.<\/span> For any claim relating to surf lessons, please contact the Surf School Dune.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation from the Trainee<\/h3>\n

Any cancellation by the participant entails:
\nFrom 20 days of arrival the payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay.
